My unpleasant experience with AUM is long over but I am surprised that there is a steady stream of traffic coming onto this blog. Some is generated by my reference to it on my main condo blog (http://nautiluscondosrules.blogspot.com/) but most comes from people 'googling' the firm, of the past 500 look ins they come from:

This continued interest shows me that this 3rd rate utility billing firm remains a major pain in the ass for a lot of consumers. I guess AUM just dosen't learn.
