Who is AUM? AUM is a third-party billing provider who has contracted with various condos and apartment complexes to provide utility billing services. It is a totally inept and badly managed utility billing firm in Oak Brook, Illinois. American Utility Management is now GONE
They leave behind 168 water meters which it is unlikely they will bother to remove.
The phone line used to report usage has been disconnected, so now AUM has no further connection with our condo!
